For some reason the upload system has allowed the second and subsequent chapters to be uploaded without the story ID in the URLs.
The URLs run as follows:
For some reason each of the incorrectly-uploaded chapters contains a link to the "previous" chapter (which works...except for Chapter 2 which attempts and fails to link to Chapter 1) but not the "next".
