<a> tag or BBCode Support

<a> tag or BBCode Support

I was recently replying to the 'Fic Recommendation' thread and wanted to post a link, only to discover that <a> is not one of the allowed tags.

So, my feature request is either the allowing of the <a> OR, and this would probably be preferable for security reasons, the enabling of BBCode support.

http://drupal.org/project/bbcode is the link for the bbcode module - wouldn't it be convenient if I could actually link it? :)

Actually, we don't need that module. I can turn on the links easily. They were turned off during the testing and stayed that way.

I'll turn them back on later today.

In my expireance, limiting

In my expireance, limiting posting to registered users and have those users validate their email addresses cuts down on the miss use of forums a lot though there are occationaly idiots that think it is funny to "clown around".
