    Christmas is almost here and I've been off work for the last week and a half. I've also done a fair bit of writing and editing. :-) I've also moved the master bedroom and home office around at home, which has been more work than I can easily explain. That work has led me to a sad realization: I have too many computers. :-) Late last night, I finished moving all the hard disks from my oldest computer to my primary computer to decrease the computer count by one. My wife rejoiced. :-)

    Although I have made no headway on "Lily's Child" (bad, evil writer!), I have the first chapter of my latest H/G "short story" done. I had planned for it to be about 3 longish chapters, but it looks like I should hit about 100K words. So as a Christmas present to everyone, I shall post ch 1 of "Ginny Returns" shortly. Here first, then SIYE, and then FF.net probably tomorrow. Ch 2 will probably post pretty quickly.

    I like "Ginny's Returns" kb0 it is certainly different from the usual going back in time story.

    Of course I'd also like to see the latest chapter for "Lily's Child" too...and Unchampion 2. ;)

    It's nice to see a nice

    It's nice to see a nice twist on the 'go-back' plot. I like a strong Ginny but I think she's a bit overwhelming so far, however, I look forward to the new chapters.

    I'm waiting to see the first time she doesn't catch an error before she makes it, like with the Sirius/Dementor problem. Then we'll see the quality of her steel.
