Well, I joined MetaFic tonight. :-) I've also never really blogged before. It never seemed important enough, so we'll see how this goes. Who knows how often (or not) I'll do this...

At the moment, "Lily's Child" (LC) is my main story.
Ch 2 recently posted.
Ch 3 is in "mid-beta".
Ch 4 is in "early-beta".
Ch 5 is at alpha.
Ch 6 is outlined and ~20% written.
Beyond that, I only have a high level outline with some holes that really need filling in.

I've also got a small story that I work on when LC gives me fits or inspiration strikes. At the moment, I've got about 30Kw written. (Kw = kilo-words = thousand words) Based on the outline for that story, I'd guess I'm about half done, but that's really a guess. I've been adding stuff to it that wasn't in my original outline. :-) I doubt this will see a beta before Oct.

There are a few other plot-bunnies running around me, but they've been written up and dumped in the bunny-bin. Hopefully, they'll stay there. :-)

Presently, in those spare minutes I have at lunch or standing in a long line at Home Depot or wherever, and when I feel I need to "veg", I'm re-reading "Sunset Over Britain" and "Sunrise Over Britain", as I've been in the mood for a super!Harry story as well as an evil!Albus story. The stories are by "bobmin" and can be found on www.fanficauthors.net.

Enough for now, it's getting late. School is starting soon and I've got 2 girls to help get ready, although hopefully my wife will take care of most of that work. :-) Life goes on...
