Is SIYE down?

Is SIYE down?

I've been trying to access SIYE all day and every time I do a basic page appears with the Harry/Ginny artwork by Yethro and a message:
"SIYE could not connect to the database"

Tried it on Safari and Firefox, same result. Tried using a link from an email, as well as one on Facebook. Same result.

The web server is misbehaving. We've contacted the host to see what's going on.

The only webserver that "misbehaves" more than the one SIYE is on is the one my website is on (which I named Peeves)...
